T. J. Castronovo

Executive Producer

As an actor, he performed in over one hundred TV shows and for three years played Tommy the Bartender in TAXI. As a television and film producer, his work includes: episodes of the series TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE and CBS M.O.W. POLICE BRASS; the feature films DOUBLE REVENGE, THE SHIPMENT and most recently, THE BOILER MAKER.

Castronovo received the Drama League Critics Award for directing BROOKLYN USA at the Actor’s Forum Theater. Other directorial credits of stage and film include: the feature film THE BIZ; forty-two episodes of TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE and the off-Broadway world premiere production of WILD MUSHROOMS, which he directed at JPAS in New Orleans.

His production company, CRC Entertainment, produced VIAGRA FALLS, a new hit comedy at The Little Shubert Theatre in New York. He also brought back the award winning Brooklyn USA, in a brand new production at the Write Act Theater in Hollywood.

He recently directed “Two Times Two” for the Jefferson Performing Arts Society in New Orleans followed by two other TJ world premieres; “The Leopard” a one man show about the final hours of Ernest Hemingway and “Bette Davis Speaks” a play based on the novel and featuring Linda Gray as the title character.
